Sagebrush Homes at Ephraim Crossing, a single-family community of 50 home sites, has appointed a new construction team to manage and construct its homes. Ephraim-based Todd Alder Construction is now managing the construction of homes in the community, with four currently under construction and more scheduled to begin by the end of March.
“Like every homebuilder in the country, we experienced challenges in our construction process. From delays due to unavailable materials to the impacts of a country-wide labor shortage, homebuilding has had to adjust in order to continue building,” said Rob Peccole, president of Sagebrush Homes. “While these challenges don’t change the value of the homes, they do affect the time it takes to build them. With strong local partners, we are now in a much better position to continue building these much-needed homes in Ephraim.”
